1. Institutional Software Agreement
Seybiz AI Automations ("The Provider") produces proprietary trading infrastructure. By purchasing a license, you ("The User") agree that you are acquiring a **tool**, not a managed service. You retain full responsibility for the deployment, configuration, and risk parameters of the software on your private trading accounts.
2. Disclaimer of Performance
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Backtested data and verified histories (e.g., Myfxbook, Blue Guardian Reports) are for illustrative purposes to show the capability of the algorithm and do not represent a guarantee of similar profit patterns in live market conditions.
3. Prop Firm Compliance
Our "Elite" and "Institutional" licenses are specifically engineered to respect the risk-of-ruin and drawdown rules of major prop-firms. However, The Provider is not responsible for challenge failures due to market volatility, broker slippage, or user-defined manual overrides.
4. Intellectual Property
The "Eden Alpha" AMD logic is protected trade secret. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the source code will result in immediate license termination and legal action in accordance with international software protection laws.
5. Refund Policy
**Strict No-Refund Policy:** Due to the digital nature of our proprietary software and the immediate access to trade secrets and algorithmic logic, all sales are final. Once the license is activated or the software is delivered, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this term.
